Cheating by Vinutha Satish (Area Salon Executive - South) Lakme Unilever Ltd, by not paying Salary for 3 months

Lakme Beauty Saloon recently opened 1 month back in Cunningham Road. The head and incharge is Mrs. Vinutha Satish (Area Salon Executive - South). Her location is Richmond Road. She has appointed many new people for Cunningham branch and delaying/not paying the salary since last 3 months. I have all the proofs required for stating my wife correct who is facing this issue. 22nd August 2008 is the date my wife has joined. Completed training and working in Richmond Road branch last 1 month. "Mrs. Vinutha" has apponted my wife "Mrs. Priya Soni" with salary saying 8000+12%commission. Now she has changed her mind even when my wife is delivering what is expected. She has enough potential and capability in her field. And verbally she is telling that she will give 5000/- cash and automatic account problem is there. August-2008 7-8 Days September-2008 1 Month October-2008 1 Month November-2008 Till date Please suggest what to be done. The complaint is how come the company like "Lakme Unilever Ltd." can hire an employee without paying 3 months salary.
