Pathetic Service & loss of package

At the time of booking they followed up and collected our couriers. Its been a week since and the delivery has still not been made after being informed the packet is out for delivery. This is when the packet is to be delivered in the same city. On following up the Owner Subodh and the runners misbehaved and said that they cannot help & to book couriers from another company. These kind of setup are not to be trusted with your parcels.
