We have had, over the last ten years superb service from the friendly and knowledgeable staff here at Glimpses. The shop specializes in fine jewelry and we have bought a few beautiful pieces here over time. All at prices very, very much cheaper than here in the UK. Last December, whilst on holiday in Goa, we returned, for repair, an emerald bracelet because one of the emeralds had fallen out and was lost. A replacement emerald was fitted, the whole bracelet cleaned and checked. Even though it was purchased in 2009, that was nine years ago, no charge was made. Amazing service!
