Totally helpless as a new biz executive | I saw the ad of Hyline Mgmnt Service in The Times of India and enrolled on 11th Aug 2008 in the Rs. 3960/- category.
Since then, I have been left on my own with very poor guidance from the team. Many times my emails would be unanswered and I got the replies to my emails only after calling them up. Like this, much of my money has been wasted on STD calls, even though I was provided with email id to make quires.
As a new entrant, I have been facing too much harassment. I would suggest the company to place more suitable candidates and train them up properly so that they can reply to the queries of the newcomers.
