Worst Experience!!

TRUELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS STUDIO & the PHOTOGRAPHER!! VERY MUCH IRRESPONSIBLE & UNPROFESSIONAL!! This Studio called "Umesh Studio" located in Jayangar 4th block complex is quite old one and I was a regular customer since my childhood, we used take normal pics and hence had trusted so much and planned for an indoor photoshoot. I recently had an indoor shoot in this studio, photographer was Santosh, I was told and he promised me that I will receive the final shoot pictures within a week, I waited for almost 1 and half month and I did not even receive my final shoot photos even with many follow-ups, text, calls on a daily basis and had even visited the shop several times. Santosh is so unprofessional, does not even care or have courtesy, dont even bother to update the status or call back to even apologies for the delay. They give alot of reasons that does not even make sense and they have thier own stories to hook up and balance their mistake. I visited again to the shop, finally one day I was able to find Santosh in the shop. When I asked what's the reason for not even answering the calls or checking on the status like what happened to the final photos. He says that, so easily that data is lost. They are not even upgraded to the recent technology on just maintaining the data. Trust me how much time I had spent and money I had spent on the makeup artist, travel and to buy the costume. Everything Santosh spoilt. All the efforts I had put got wasted. This studio is so unproductive. I had also paid 60% of the amount on the shoot day itself. Now, I have to start all the way from scratch. This shoot plan costed me 8k. It's a huge loss. Incident 2: Also on the day of the shoot, I was asked to come by 2pm and made me wait for 2 and half hours, just imagine all the make up freshness had gone, still I managed to compromise and started the shoot with positive hopes. Reason he says is he forgot to get the extension wire, so pathetic making your client to wIt for such a long time and not even being organized in advance. Now I get to see the similar reviews posted earlier as well, this shows that it is not a mistake, it is wanted doing this. OverAll Feedback: ** I truly NOT recommend anyone not to plan anything shoots or major photos to plan with this studio ** ** Does not stand by thier words or committed Dates** ( one week is ok to wait, and still wait for another week based on the response you get from the photographer. But it's been three weeks or four weeks without any status update or even not responding to your calls or texts) ** So unprofessional, unorganized person and irresponsible Photographer I have seen till date**
