ActLab was founded in the year 2006 at Thrissur and moved to Ernakulam with an inhouse training environment in 2013. With an humble beginning this school of acting offered platform for acting aspirants to come up to stage and feel free to fail. Thus bursting the fear factor and building self confidence through well defined exercises, ActLab has been bringing out the best in each one of its students since its inception. The name ‘Act Lab’ is derived from the idea of distilling and refining pure acting from its raw form like in a laboratory. This is an ‘Actors Training Laboratory’ standing far above an ordinary acting school or an actors training institute. ActLab reconnects Actors with their expressive self, allowing their souls to free from conditionings and constraints that pull them back from chasing their dream and passion for acting and becoming a good actor.This is a place to realize the suppressed feelings of an individual so that the refined actor in him/her can evolve with better perception of reality and with a refined mannerism.
