He graduated from Seth GS Medical College and KEM Hospital, Mumbai and went on to do his Masters at the University of Brighton, UK. He was an active part of the eminent Rehabilitation Medicine department at the District General Hospital, Eastbourne, UK.
All through his career, Dr. Parag has been instrumental in treating his patients under the very recent but well-known concept of ‘Exercise is Medicine’ as a core aspect of Preventive Rehabilitation.
He has also worked with International athletes who represent UK in European Athletics by engaging in evaluating their response to exercise and subsequently modifying exercise regimes. He played a key role in shaping the Department of Cardiac Rehabilitation at Dr. LH Hiranandani Hospital, Mumbai, from its inception. He has also worked with the CARE group of hospitals in Hyderabad where he was responsible for setting up a Rehabilitation Medicine department at the Banjara hills branch.
Dr. Parag has a passion for reading on latest advances in Medicine and Rehabilitation. He has an inclination for developing a significant Industrial Rehabilitation center and to live-up to the diversely growing need for comprehensive rehabilitation care within the city.
