Now I don't have any knee pain since 1year

I was suffering a lot due to my knee pain. I tried a lot with various medications but didn't workout. My knee was swollen and tender. I was unable to keep my feet on the floor with out any support. Thanks to Almighty that I came in contact with Foster Physio and their dedicated experienced Physiotherapists. They worked a lot for my knee.I continued therapy for about 20 sessions and my knee became absolutely okay and so far I have never experienced the same problem since last 1 year.
