Arhanta Yoga Ashrams organizes 200 hour yoga teacher training courses. It is a short but intensive 4-week course, registered with Yoga Alliance. During the course students study Classical Hatha Yoga according to the lineage of Swami Sivananda. The course offers a balanced combination of theory and practice. The daily How to Teach classes allow students to practice teaching in small groups and give students the required skills and confidence to teach yoga by the end of the course.
