The ambulance was dirty, old and had small animals flying inside as for the stretcher it was very old and low my mom nearly fell when she tried to sit because the stretcher was too low,as for the back door it doesn't stand on its own somebody most st hold it, the paramedics told my mom to use the side door even though she was dizzy and didn't have energy because of the diarrhea I had to help them to push my mom inside the ambulance I was so disappointed by their service
