It all started in 2006, as an effort to recreate the iconic North Kolkata Kosha Mangsho and spread it across the city and also outside it. But Kosha Mangsho was just the trigger. The idea was to redefine Bengali cuisine and align it to a more cosmopolitan and contemporary palate without losing the core plot.
