Mochi Shoes are Awful

I bought a pair of Mochi Shoes just 6 months back. But with my surprise, the shoe get torned and unwearable within this time. I'm very frustrated and I want a repair or replace from there end. I think a brand like mochi will look into this matter to solve my problem. If I don't get any feasible solution I will suggest others not to buy any product of Mochi.
