disc herniation with sciatica

Hi...I had back pain since 5 years..... As per the diagnosis.....I had disc herniation L5/S1...... I was asked to attend decompression n laser therapy for 12 days... Though the pain is not fully gone,but I feel tremendous relief... I wish all the best...
