It has been my experience that her yoga skills are superior, have actually been executing correct yoga poses and have lot variations in her teaching. She is the best yoga instructor and very well versed with other therapies like Reiki, mantra etc...She can execute a posture on spot and the balance is great. This interactive features keep it interesting over time to go and attend her sessions...And learn other therapies too.... she is also having a great flow of energy...as I experienced while healing through Reiki...
