I had purchased a sofa set (one 3 seater + 1 single seater) from Stylle Furn Kolkata a few years back. Last October, I ordered their Salt Lake (Kolkata) office for a new cover. The receipt which they gave me indicated the delivery date as 3-4 days from the order date. However, after a month’s follow up only they delivered the cover for the 3 seater only. They took away from me the old cover of the single seater as a sample for measurement. Till date I have received neither the new cover nor my old cover. Nowadays they do not even take my call and disconnect the line on hearing my voice. Even once, the lady owner shouted at me over phone and threatened me that my order will never be completed as a punishment for my following up. This is inspite of my paying Rs 2000/- in advance and they keeping my old cover in their possession. I strongly feel that stern action should be taken against them so that in future they think twice before cheating, harassing and misbehaving with customers
